Terms of Service

By accessing or using the services provided by HNR Consulting Services LLC ("HNR," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

HNR Consulting Services LLC provides business consulting services including but not limited to:

• Business licensing and permitting assistance
• Tax preparation and compliance guidance
• Public notary services
• Bookkeeping and financial record-keeping
• Personal assistant and administrative support
• General business consulting

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information necessary for the services requested
• Timely payment of all fees as agreed upon in service agreements
• Notifying HNR of any changes that may affect the services being provided
• Maintaining the confidentiality of their client portal login credentials

Fees for services are established in individual service agreements. Payment is due as specified in each agreement. HNR reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

HNR treats all client information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services. This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of our service relationship.

HNR Consulting Services LLC provides advisory and administrative services. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Our services do not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice. HNR's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to any claim.

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due. HNR will provide copies of all client documents within 14 days of termination.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
